Delivery Information

United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland)

Your order is given our personal attention and like all enquiries is dealt with as quickly as possible. Delivery time is approximately 5-7 working days. If you have any special requests regarding delivery or your order in general, please e-mail us and your request will be dealt with immediately. We understand how frustrating dealing with many other mail order companies can be and we endeavour to meet and exceed all your expectations with one-to-one personal service.


Delivery Areas

We aim to provide you with the best quality and service possible from using our own delivery service to make your delivery within 5-10 mile radius.


We currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Scottish Highlands, Shetland and Scottish Islands or the Republic of Ireland. However, under exceptional circumstances special arrangements can be made by ringing our Customer helpline on 01924 472341.

All shipping charges are inclusive of VAT.

Earliest delivery date

Your order will be delivered by 12 noon.  Deliveries can be made on any day that suits you, from Tuesday to Friday.  The earliest delivery date available is usually no more than three working days from the date you place your order, see below:

Saturday Delivery

All Saturday deliveries will incur an additional charge of £10.00.   If you would like to order a Saturday delivery, please tick the 'Saturday Delivery' shipping option in the shopping basket.

Receiving your delivery

A signature is required by our carriers and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have left specific instructions and a signed note for the carrier authorising your package to be left somewhere safe if nobody will be in to receive it. Please make sure somebody will be home to sign, receive and store your order in a refrigerator or freezer. You can choose an alternative delivery address when placing your order for someone to accept the delivery on your behalf.

In the event that no person is available to receive your order, the carrier will ring the contact number on the Order form. Because this is a temperature controlled product, we do not accept returns and as such cannot accept responsibility if nobody is at home to accept your order.

Packaging information

The type of packaging used will depend on the type of product you have purchased. In all instances we shall endeavor to package it so that the product retains its freshness and reaches you undamaged.

Pick Up Service

We also provide a free local pick up service from our retail shop in Batley. Simply place your order Online or over the phone. Depending on the type of product ordered you will be notified of when your itme will be ready for collection. Collections can be made anytime during opening hours. 7 days a week from : Business Address . 01924 472341.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect orders

We endeavour to ensure that you receive your goods in pristine condition. If you notice that items are missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact our Customer Services Department as soon as possible and not later than 24 hours after receiving the order on 01924 472341, or alternatively email

Overseas Delivery

We are able to send goods to customers overseas (with the exception of certain products).Please contact us for further information.


All deliveries are subject to clearance of funds and stock availability, this combined with the third party nature of courier services means that, whilst we always try to keep to promised delivery dates, occasionally goods may arrive late. Invariably this is to do with factors outside of our control. For this reason we cannot offer guarantees on delivery dates or accept any liability for losses as a result of late deliveries.
